Job Description:
At SISA, we are in hypergrowth mode, and our Leadership team is driving us through the cybersecurity domain in pursuit of excellence and revenue achievements. We now come to you with the role of Pre-Sales and Proof of Concept (PoC) Lead, who would play a strategic role in bridging the gap between sales, technology, and our customer needs for our Data Protection & Governance business unit. This role focuses on developing and presenting proof-of-concept solutions that demonstrate the potential value and capabilities of our product SISA RADA to prospective clients. He / She will be collaborating closely with the sales, product management, and leadership team to understand customer expectations, help in pivoting solutions, and showcase the strengths of our offerings to potential clientele.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Possess Sales Revenue numbers as targets
· Partner with the marketing & sales team to engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and present consultative solutions as per the requirement.
· Proactively identify clients and pitch in for services keeping Sales in loop
· Manage and drive client meetings to gather business and technical requirements and identify customer pain points.
· Provide technical and consultative expertise during the pre-sales process to ensure a clear understanding of our solution to its alignment with client expectations.
· Guide Proof of Concept (PoC) team that aligns with customer expectations and also demonstrates value and technical fit of SISA’s offering.
· Manage and deliver PoC timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth execution and timely completion of the tasks.
· Work closely with Marketing & Content team to prepare high quality & tailor-made presentations as per customer expectations.
· Drive technical presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of our Offerings.
· Collaborate with both internal & external stakeholders to drive the pre-sales ecosystem for Data Governance & Privacy BU of SISA.
· Work closely with engineering and development teams to integrate product features, roadmap updates, and customer feedback in our solution if needed.
· Engage with post-sales teams to ensure smooth transition from PoC to full project implementation without escalation and delivered as per defined timelines.
· Work with marketing teams for technical documentation, white papers, case studies, and other SISA’s collateral to support sales process.
· Understand and Act as SME for both internal & external stakeholders for Data Privacy related products, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
· Provide critical inputs to product development team about the feedback from the clients of assessment on market alignment of the product.
· Act as the primary contact point for all Pre-Sales and Proof of Concept (PoC) related matters to both internal & external stakeholders.
· Manage Analysts relationships and product features list
Skills Requirements:
· Minimum 10+ years of experience in Pre-Sales role for cybersecurity and product offerings.
· Minimum 5+ years of experience in lead role which involved but not limited to leading a team, providing technical consulting and providing strategic inputs in pre-sales.
· Proven track record of designing, managing, and delivering successful Proof of Concept to projects that meet or exceed customer expectations.
· Experience of working on Data Privacy/Data Discovery/Classification Product or Suite is an added advantage.
· Strong experience on working closely with internal & external stakeholders.
· Proven experience of working with leaders to navigate and prioritize client needs, building relationships that drive credibility.
· Proven ability to manage multiple pre-sales engagements, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong organizational skills, with experience in setting up meetings and maintaining schedules.
